WINEMAKING Soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (16°C). The base wines are vinified separately according to the vineyard of origin and then expertly blended to create the cuvée. Bottle aging on the lees for a period of about 18 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15°C.

DESCRIPTION Straw yellow color and fine, persistent perlage. The nose is floral and delicately fruity. Stands out the aroma of bread characteristic of refinement on the lees.
Balanced taste, with good persistence and elegance.

Roundness, delicacy and creaminess make Satèn Santa Lucia so exclusive.

Satèn is the most elegant expression of the territory; it is obtained from a selection of Chardonnay grapes and made sparkling by fermentation of less sugars, giving it balance. It is then aged for at least 24 months.

For the second fermentation, the wine intended for the Satèn is characterized by a lower added sugar in the liqueur de triage compared to Brut (18g / l compared with 24g / l of Brut). Which results in lower gas development, with greater delicacy of taste and finesse of the foam. Bottle aging on the lees for a period of 24 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15° C.

DESCRIPTION Straw yellow color and fine perlage. Delicately floral. The taste is soft and delicately creamy.

We produce Albamatta in the heart of Erbusco in an exclusive terraced vineyard entirely planted with Erbamat, an ancient native vine identified and brought back to cultivation by the founder of the company Pierluigi Villa through his multiple ampelographic studies. To enhance its characteristics we use 100% Erbamat: the acidity that distinguishes it gives the wine structure and longevity.

The disgorgement is carried out without adding sugar and the filling is carried out with the same wine.

VINEYARDS The grapes came from two vineyards in Erbusco. The soil is morainic, clay loam.
Average age of vines: 10 years

TRAINING SYSTEM Guyot, 5000 plants/he

HARVEST Manual with grape selection and transport in small boxes starting from the last week of september.

WINEMAKING After de-stemming the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks remaining in contact with the skins for a period of about 10-15 days. Frequent pumpings at regular intervals promote optimal extraction of polyphenols.
The vineyards are vinified separately and assembled at the end of fermentation. In the spring, the wine is bottled and aged in bottle for 6 months. 

ALCOHOL 12.5% vol

DESCRIPTION Intense ruby red color. Very elegant wine with character. The nose is spicy with notes of berries.

VINEYARDS The grapes come from a single hillside vineyard in the heart of Erbusco. The soil is moraine, clayey with a good skeleton.
Average age of plants: 15 years

TRAINING SYSTEM Guyot, 5000 plants/he

HARVEST Manual with grape selection and transport in small boxes starting from the last week of september.

WINEMAKING After the destemming, the grapes ferment in steel tanks remaining in contact with the skins for a period of about 10-15 days. Frequent and regular pumping over encourage optimal extraction of polyphenols.
Subsequently the wine is placed for 18 months in oak barrels where it also carries out malolactic fermentation.
After bottling the wine refines a further 6 months in the bottle. 

ALCOHOL 13.5% vol

DESCRIPTION Intense ruby red color. Harmonious wine with excellent structure, full-bodied and elegant. The nose is spicy with strong notes of berries.

Only from the deep knowledge of the territory and the vine can an important wine be born.
For the winegrower, Pinot Noir is always a great challenge, interpreting the right balance between the vine and the environment year by year can make it express its greatness.
For this reason we have identified in the “Brolo dei Longhi” vineyard, in Erbusco in the heart of Franciacorta, a 4000 square meter terrace, where only in the best years we select the grapes necessary for the creation of this wine.
A typical Pinot Noir with classic hints of cherry and wild berries, balanced spicy, with an enveloping taste and great persistence.

VINEYARDS The grapes come from the three terraces located in “Brolo dei Longhi”, in the heart of Erbusco. These grapes are selected to create “Nigotì d’Òr” only during the best years.

TRAINING SYSTEM Spurred Cordon, 5000 plants/ha 

HARVEST Manual with grape selection and transport in small boxes starting from the last week of September. 

WINEMAKING After de-stemming the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks remaining in contact with the skins for a period of about 10-15 days; daily no-pump stirring promote a delicate extraction of colour and tannins. After racking, ageing takes place in oak barrels for two years. Bottled without filtering, it ages one more year in the wine cellar. 

ALCOHOL 13,5% 

DESCRIPTION Elegant, smooth and seductive wine. Intense ruby red color and complex aroma, spices and small berries stand out.

HARVEST By hand with selection of the grapes and transport in small crates starting from the second week of September. 

VINIFICATION The grapes are crushed and destemmed; then follows a soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16 ° C). Malolactic fermentation not carried out. The wine ages until the following spring on the fine lees. It is then bottled and refined for a further period of 6-9 months in the bottle.

ALCOHOL 12% 

DESCRIPTION Straw yellow color. The classic notes of almond, hazelnut and honey typical of the vine are perceptible to the nose. Balanced taste, with good persistence and elegance.
